Terms of use of Tinas Beauty Rooms Gift Vouchers
Tinas Beauty Rooms reserves the right to update and change the terms and conditions of our gift vouchers at any time. This does not affect your legal rights. Use of your gift vouchers constitutes acceptance of our Terms and Conditions and we therefore recommend you read them carefully. Gift vouchers remain the property of Tinas Beauty Rooms who maintains the right to cancel the card in situations where it is deemed necessary to do so.
The value of your gift voucher can be redeemed in in-salon or via our online booking facility. The gift voucher balance cannot be exchanged for cash or redeemed against the purchase of another card.
You can perform a Balance enquiry via our online booking facility or in-salon.
Validity
Your gift voucher is valid for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase, after which any remaining balance will be removed, and the card will become invalid and no longer available for use.
Lost/ Stolen/ Damaged
In cases where your gift voucher is lost or stolen, we are unable to replace or reimburse the remaining balance on a card. Tinas Beauty Rooms cannot be held responsible for any balance lost on a gift voucher as a result of theft or fraud. All gift vouchers have a unique reference number which is required for online and in-salon purchases. Tinas Beauty Rooms cannot be held responsible for any unauthorised use where the reference number has become known to another party
Using a Tinas Beauty Rooms Gift Voucher
Customers may use their gift voucher to pay for bookings made online or in-salon for services received or products purchased.
Crediting a Tinas Beauty Rooms Gift Voucher
In the unlikely event of a refund for services or products being requested, if deemed appropriate by Tinas Beauty Rooms, the amount due will be credited to the original method of payment. In the event that you may have discarded your gift voucher , a new Card will be issued to you with the refund amount applied.
If a partial refund is made for any purchase using a gift voucher and another method of payment, then any refund amount owing will be credited to the gift voucher in the first instance.
If the total to be refunded is more than originally paid by a Tinas Beauty Rooms gift voucher, then any remaining refund balance will be refunded to the other method of payment used (debit/credit card or cash).
Governing Law and jurisdiction
These conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. You agree, as we do, to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
